# Wishbone compilation error

Hi,

I’m trying to get the wishbone VVC operational but run into an error during compilation  
`"Unknown identifier "bitvis_vip_wishbone".`  
I’m using QuestaSim-64 2021.1

I have compiled all bitvis\_vip\_wishbone files and also see them as library in Questasim.  
The same as for example the SPI files which I’m using.

The SPI VVC gives no error, and looks like:

```auto
i_spi_vvc: entity bitvis_vip_spi.spi_vvc
generic map(
...
)
port map(
...
);

```

the wishbone looks similar like:

```auto
i_wb_vvc: entity bitvis_vip_wishbone.wishbone_vvc
generic map(
...
)
port map(
...
);

```

but this gives an error on the line:

`i_wb_vvc: entity bitvis_vip_wishbone.wishbone_vvc`

Solved

adding the line  
`library bitvis_vip_wishbone`  
to my test harness does the trick
